Hale Lani Cottage
"Heavenly Home"

 Lush, manicured grounds surround Hale Lani.  The unique exterior of this cottage has been completed with Kauai’s indigenous coral stone. 

The cottage is graced with a sweeping view down the valley to Secret Beach and the turquoise blue Pacific Ocean.  

Step out of the cottage to your very own private outdoor Jacuzzi, surrounded by lush, tropical foliage.   

Hale Lani features a warm interior of light colored maple flooring and cabinetry.

Japanese dinnerware and patterns accent the kitchen and dining area. 

You'll fall asleep with a view of the stars and moon... And when you awake, your first view is of the sparkling blue ocean...

The large marble tiled interior shower has double heads and glass doors that lead to the cottage’s own private garden with jacuzzi and stone lanai. 

For ease, after a day at the beach or a soak in the Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower is also available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any long distance phone charges, loss or damage to the rental property can be deducted from your deposit (this may include such things as excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved). Return of your deposit may take up to 8 weeks due to telephone billing periods.

PAYMENT: Full/balance payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in date (90 days prior for Christmas bookings). If booking/payment is within 30 days of check-in date, the funds need to be paid in ‘cash form’ – Bank/Cashier’s Check, Traveler’s Check, or Money Order.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date (Christmas – 90 days), your deposit will be refunded, less a processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days (Christmas – 90 days) of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after due date will forfeit full rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).

NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY

NO SHOES TO BE WORN WITHIN THE COTTAGES

ONLY MEMBERS OF THE RENTAL PARTY (information of which is previously given to the booking agent) TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY.

FURNITURE is not to be moved within, from or between the cottages.

NO PARTIES/FUNCTIONS within the rental property unless previously agreed upon by Blue Hawaii Properties

NO ANIMALS/PETS allowed in the home or on the property.

CHANGES: We must be notified of any changes as soon as possible for which there may be a service charge for each accepted change to the reservation.

CHECK-IN TIME: After 3:00 p.m.  CHECK-OUT TIME: By 10:00 a.m. (unless otherwise noted)
