SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any long
distance phone charges, loss or damage to the rental property can be
deducted from your deposit (this may include such things as excessive
cleaning/laundry or rearranging furniture that has been moved). Return
of your deposit may take up to 8 weeks due to telephone billing periods.
PAYMENT:
Full/balance payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in date
(90 days prior for Christmas bookings). If booking/payment is within 30
days of check-in date, the funds need to be paid in ‘cash form’ –
Bank/Cashier’s Check, Traveler’s Check, or Money Order.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date (Christmas –
90 days), your deposit will be refunded, less a processing fee.
For cancellations within 60 days (Christmas – 90 days) of your
check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after due
date will forfeit full rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).

PROPERTY
NO SHOES TO BE
WORN WITHIN THE COTTAGES
ONLY MEMBERS OF
THE RENTAL PARTY (information of which is previously given to the
booking agent) TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
FURNITURE is not
to be moved within, from or between the cottages.
NO
PARTIES/FUNCTIONS within the rental property unless previously agreed
upon by Blue Hawaii Properties
NO ANIMALS/PETS
allowed in the home or on the property.
CHANGES: We must
be notified of any changes as soon as possible for which there may be a
service charge for each accepted change to the reservation.
CHECK-IN TIME:
After 3:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: By 10:00 a.m. (unless otherwise
